Spend your holidays in the best location of Leogang. Enjoy your vacation without the stresses and strains of daily life. Leave your car in our parking lot and enjoy a car-free holiday. Our house is only 100 metres away from the cablecar station so you can easily perform all your activities right outside the door. You can watch your kids in the children’s area without having to leave the warmth of your apartment. Our house has four beautifully arranged apartments. All apartments are equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator, Martello espresso machine, water heater, dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. Sufficient bed linen and towels are provided. Additionally, you can carry your luggage with the elevator in a comfortable way and leave your skis and boots to dry in the ski room. We are happy to provide fresh bread and pastries from the bakery Ritter and bring it directly to your apartment door.
You can use our small spa area every day (except Saturdays in winter season). Warm up in the Finnish sauna from Klafs before you relax in our relaxation area.
You cannot renounce internet and emails in your vacation? Stay online with our fast wireless internet access in all apartments.
Do you want to spend a day for two without taking care of your kids? No problem! The ski school Altenberger with child care is located in our house.
Your skis are missing the final touch? Still no problem. The ski service of Sport Mitterer is also situated in our house and they will bring your skis quickly back into shape. Furthermore you have the possibility to get a rental ski from the neighboring sports shops.
We did not forget the environment: Our house is equipped with modern insolation and windows with triple glazing from Gaulhofer. The heating system operates with an environmentally friendly heat pump from Waterkotte. We produce parts of our electricity with our own photovoltaic plant.
